299er Program at the
Riverside Regional
January 25-31, 2010
Based on the tremendous success of our I/N
(299er) program at the past Orange County Regional, we are planning to
substantially upgrade our welcome and appreciation for our Non-Life Master
players here at the Riverside Regional. Special treatment of this very
important part of our player constituency will include:
· A semi-segregated playing area for 299ers with Scott Campbell, the “Fred
Friendly” director winner at the Fall Nationals, as the director when
possible.
· A 299er event on Tuesday, January 26, with a lesson at 9:15 a.m., a game
at 10:00 a.m., and free pizza lunch and beverage following the game for
299ers only Call Jody Pedri at 714 546-4685 to reserve your space for this
event.
· A special lesson on Saturday at 2:15 p.m. by Jay Helekar complemented with
coffee or tea and special treats before the 3:00 p.m. game.
· Free plays for games on Wednesday and Friday for our newest members with
0-5 masterpoints.
· Special prizes to winners of the overalls as well as consolation prizes to
the “underalls.”
· Special 299er player recognition on our wall of fame (okay, maybe the
bulletin board of fame, but who’s quibbling?).
